“Our group (14 rooms) stayed here for two nights. The hotel is wonderful and in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!”
I enjoyed my stay there very much. Everyone there was very polite. Service was excellent. (5 stars)
Pros: Safety. Proximity to the UK campus. Rooms neat and clean. Staff extremely friendly. Coffee ready in the lobby even late in the evening. Cons: I was happy with everything. Location: Located directly across from the UK Hospital. About a mile walk to the middle of the UK campus where restaurants and shops were located. Hotel was conveniently and safely located right across from the busy UK hospital. Since I usually travel alone, the safety was a big concern for me. I felt comfortable enough at this location to walk the mile from the hotel to the Memorial Coliseum in the dark. The street in between was well-lit and quite busy at all hours. My room was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels, washcloths, etc. There was a roomy refrigerator which I was not expecting. Bed was comfortable. Staff was especially helpful with my questions. Parking was easy. The continental breakfast was very good with fruit, eggs and yogurt as well as cereal and bread items.
Pros: Location Location: Perhaps, a mile away are the the restaurants and sights connected with a major college campus. Sorry UK…Wisconsin beat you in the semis last year. Travelling north from Florida. Wanted to stop in Lexington and visit the sights at the UK. Though most of the visitors were at this place due to the proximity of the UK hospitals….You wont be disappointed! Nice clean rooms! Nice staff!
Pros: Close to University of Kentucky, very clean and good service. Location: Sporting events at the University of Kentucky. My stay was just a short visit, but the room was cozy and clean. The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere, very homey feel. (5 Stars)
The staff was awesome! Rooms are very comfortable. All questions were answered. Walking distance from uk hospital, and the Cooper drive lexington V A. You really get more than you pay for here. 2 Thumbs up!
Love the hotel. Safe feeling and felt like home. Close to hospital and restaurants. Stayed several times for at least a week at a time and the staff are great and always looks and smells clean..Everything you need for any stay.
Great hotel when you need it most. Nice staff, clean rooms, and I love the beds.
Stayed here for a professional development at the University of Kentucky. -clean room -well stocked -nice staff -sad (free) breakfast Located close to campus & the Mall area. I still had to drive to UKs campus for my PD, but I could have walked (but fear of rain would make me take an umbrella or rain gear).
My brother was sick with cancer and we had to stay there overnight. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They had wheel chairs for our use. Housekeeping was spot on.
